KMD Biosciences can provide two methods of production of mouse monoclonal antibodies: recombinant monoclonal antibody produced from phage display technology; hybridoma cell line production by using cell fusion technology. Our services range from antigen design, synthesis and modification, animal immunization, phage library construction and screening to antibody modification and application identification.


Recombinant Mouse Monoclonal Antibody Generation 


In the phage technique for the development of recombinant mAb, we cloned the variable regions of the murine antibody (Vλ, Vk, and VH) into the phagemid system with the M13 phage pill fusion protein, which was subsequently screened for high specificity and High-affinity rabbit-derived antibody variable regions (Vλ, Vk, and VH) were cloned into plasmid vectors carrying mouse antibody scaffold proteins and transiently expressed in our recombinant expression platform (up to ~5 g/L).
